Vertiv seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer in Reynosa responsible for leading the digital transformation of manufacturing operations. You will deploy OT infrastructure, analytics platforms, digital work instructions, traceability systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance visibility, productivity, and decision-making.
You will bridge Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, and Automation, drive MES/ERP/OT integration, and develop dashboards for real-time production insights and OEE improvements
Formación
- Manufacturing systems, ERP integration, and data analytics capabilities.
- Experience with MES, ERP, OEE platforms, and traceability systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI/SQL for data visualization and KPI reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Lead digital manufacturing initiatives and OT infrastructure deployment.
- Develop dashboards and real-time monitoring for production lines.
- Collaborate with IT/Automation to ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.
- Support integration of MES, ERP, and OT systems across the Reynosa campus.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
