Clase Azul México seeks a Conceptual Manager to translate the Creative Direction’s vision into actionable concepts and guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand values and luxury codes.

You will lead conceptual planning, collaborate with PMs to allocate design work, and mentor the team to deliver cohesive concepts for products, editions, and collaborations. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Innovation and Design, or Marketing and Advertising.
• 6 months to 2 years in a similar role.
• Occasional travel every 3–6 months.
• Knowledge of creative innovation, research, and graphic and visual design.
• Creative strategy and conceptualization.

Responsabilités

• Translate the Creative Direction’s vision into actionable concepts, narratives, and creative guidelines.
• Manage the conceptual planning of the creative portfolio and define initiative priorities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to assign projects to the design team.
• Lead and mentor the team in developing creative concepts for products, editions, collaborations, and portfolio updates.
• Synthesize insights from trends in art, design, luxury, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
