Revolut is seeking a Complaints Specialist to investigate and resolve customer complaints with speed and care in our Mexico City office. You will own issues, improve processes, and work with Product and Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality support.

The role requires 18+ months in customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and an independent, proactive approach to problem solving. Join us to help shape fair, clear customer outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (must provide provisional certificate).
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1+ level).
• Fluency in Spanish (C1+ level).
• Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner.
• Great numeracy, analytical, and IT skills.
• Empathy and love for helping people.
• Drive and self-motivation, with a highly flexible team-player attitude.
• Independent problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Set up and improve internal procedures.
• Contribute to a culture prioritising fair treatment of customers.
• Organise and maintain a central archive of data for easy access.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to optimise complaint resolution.
• Own problems, policies, or procedures end-to-end.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
