Infinix Mexico is seeking a proactive Community Manager to grow and operate the user community locally. You will manage online communities across major platforms, recruit and guide local creators, and coordinate campaigns with offline activations to strengthen brand-user connection.

You will foster engagement, track KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Sales teams to drive community-driven growth in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, influencer marketing, creator operations or digital marketing.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to support the growth and daily operations of Infinix’s user community in Mexico.

This role will be responsible for growing and activating our online communities, managing KOC/KOS creator programs, developing engaging local content, supporting offline activations, and strengthening the connection between the Infinix brand and local users.

The ideal candidate understands Mexican social media culture, enjoys interacting with users and creators, and is comfortable managing both daily community operations and project-based campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Community Growth & Operations
  • Manage and grow Infinix Mexico’s user communities across platforms such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels.
  • Develop initiatives to continuously recruit new community members and improve user activation and retention.
  • Maintain daily interaction with community members, including comments, discussions, polls, challenges and user-generated content.
  • Identify highly engaged users and develop them into core community members, brand advocates or Fan Hosts.
  • Monitor community sentiment, feedback and user needs, and regularly provide VOC (Voice of Customer) insights to internal teams.
  • Maintain a healthy, active and positive community environment.
2. KOC & Creator Management
  • Recruit and manage local KOCs (Key Opinion Customers), micro-creators and brand advocates.
  • Build and maintain an updated creator database, including creator profiles, content performance and activity status.
  • Develop creator segmentation and tiering systems based on content quality, activity and performance.
  • Provide KOCs with campaign briefs, product information, content inspiration and execution guidance.
  • Follow up on creator content delivery and ensure content meets campaign and brand requirements.
  • Identify high-potential KOCs and support their development into stronger creators or KOL-level partners.
  • Support the development and daily operation of Infinix Mexico’s KOS (Key Opinion Sales) program.
  • Work closely with Retail and Sales teams to recruit and activate store promoters or retail staff as content creators.
  • Provide simple content training, shooting guidelines, scripts and creative references for KOS participants.
  • Track KOS content output, follower growth, engagement and overall performance.
  • Support incentive programs, monthly rankings, recognition programs and creator challenges.
  • Help connect online content creation with offline retail traffic and sales conversion.
4. Campaigns & Offline Activations
  • Support local community campaigns, product launches, gaming activations, campus activities and offline user events.
  • Design online-to-offline engagement mechanisms to attract community members and creators.
  • Coordinate participant recruitment, event communication and post-event follow-up.
  • Support merchandise, prizes and incentive distribution when required.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Retail, Sales and agency partners to ensure smooth execution.
5. Data Tracking & Reporting
  • Track key community and creator KPIs, including: community member growth, active users and engagement rate, KOC/KOS recruitment, content output, campaign participation.
  • Prepare weekly community reports.
  • Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions based on performance data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, influencer marketing, creator operations or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
  • Good knowledge of Mexican social media trends, internet culture and local consumer behavior.
  • Experience managing influencers, KOCs, creators or online communities is highly preferred.
  • Experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, gaming, youth culture or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Native or fluent Spanish required.
  • Working proficiency in English is preferred.

  • Are willing to participate in occasional offline events or activations.
