About the location:

Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort is looking for a Commercial Director, who shares passion for excellence and to provide excitement in everything you do. This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial strategy for one of Four Seasons' most distinctive properties, where luxury is defined by intimacy, personalization and freedom rather than traditional resort conventions. With just 15 luxury tented bungalows and a highly individualized guest experience, Naviva offers an environment more akin to an exceptional boutique property than a traditional resort. The Commercial Director will play an important role in shaping how Naviva reaches guests, builds demand and brings its distinctive experiences to life through creative partnerships, compelling programming, targeted activations and innovative approaches to the luxury travel market.

This is a hands‑on commercial leadership role for someone who is energized by the intimacy, agility and creativity of a small, highly specialized luxury property. The successful candidate will be comfortable working closely across departments, developing ideas and turning them into meaningful guest‑facing experiences and commercially impactful initiatives.
