Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of five years' experience in high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources and will help develop and optimize recruitment processes and tools.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.


• Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.


• Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
