Concord, a leading loan-servicing company, is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative in Mexico City. You will interface with customers and clients daily, handling payments, inquiries, and documentation while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate records and compliant processes. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of financial services customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 3–5 years of combined experience in a Customer Service role in the financial services industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to achieve and regularly maintain performance goals and SLAs.
• Detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer and client service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions for audits.
• Process customer payments and assist with payment plans as needed.
• Update account information and communicate requirements to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Ensure all interactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
