HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico City seeks a proactive professional to act as the single point of contact for Commercial Cards clients, owning complex queries end-to-end and delivering first contact resolution with a seamless client experience.

You will coordinate with Operations, Fraud, in-country teams and Product, provide regular updates, and support RMs and Sales Managers as a Services champion, using tools like MiVision and TSYS to guide transactions and service solutions.

Formación

• 2–3 years in front-line service handling complex queries.
• Good understanding of payments and commercial cards.
• Strong back-end operational process knowledge.
• Ability to own issues end-to-end and engage clients (including via video).

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end ownership of card issues.
• Take full ownership of Commercial Cards issues from initiation through to closure.
• Coordinate with other departments and provide regular client updates.
• Aim to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
