Honeywell Technologies seeks a Manager of Collections at our San Luis location on a hybrid schedule. You will drive cash-flow optimization by managing vendor accounts, reconciling bank accounts, and resolving disputes to support monthly close.
Qualifications include experience in collections or AR, knowledge of reconciliation, and ledger maintenance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are valued, with a focus on accuracy and policy compliance.
You will report directly to our Manager Collections and you’ll work out of our San Luis location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact cash flow optimization and help minimize bad debt by effectively managing customer accounts and resolving disputes.
Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
Reconcile bank accounts and support monthly close activities.
Resolve vendor questions and allocate expenses appropriately.
Drive compliance with company policies and standards related to collections.
Compile reports on collections performance and outstanding accounts.
Experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
Knowledge of collections processes and financial reconciliation.
Familiarity with general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
Ability to resolve vendor and customer inquiries related to collections.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Intermediate Portuguese/English language skills
Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with collections software and financial systems.
