Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Manager of Collections to optimize cash flow by effectively managing customer accounts and resolving disputes on a hybrid work schedule from our local site. In this role, you will impact cash flow optimization and help minimize bad debt by effectively managing customer accounts and resolving disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and support monthly close activities.
• Resolve vendor questions and allocate expenses appropriately.
• Drive compliance with company policies and standards related to collections.
• Compile reports on collections performance and outstanding accounts.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
• Knowledge of collections processes and financial reconciliation.
• Familiarity with general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
