  • Proven experience managing cloud and network services within large global organizations, including outsourced or managed service provider environments, operational governance, and service performance management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and enterprise networking, including AWS or similar cloud platforms, cloud connectivity, hybrid environments, routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and network security concepts.
  • Experience managing operational service delivery across cloud and network platforms, including incident, problem, change, capacity, performance, availability, and service continuity management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major incidents and driving resolution through effective coordination of technical teams, service providers, and business stakeholders in critical business environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact, action plans, and executive-level communications.

BENEFICIAL

  • AWS Certification or equivalent hands‑on experience managing AWS environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other public cloud platforms.
  • Experience leading cloud migrations, infrastructure transformation initiatives, or large‑scale technology projects.
