SoftwareOne seeks a Cloud Enablement Team Lead to steer NORAM and LATAM cloud operations from Mexico. You will drive onboarding, billing, and service delivery while coordinating with Global Cloud Operations, Billing leaders, and vendors to ensure top-tier customer experiences.

Lead a high-performing team, optimize processes, and implement AI-enabled improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership and cross-region collaboration.

• Oversee end-to-end cloud onboarding, operations, billing, and service delivery activities.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Manage escalations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics including SLA performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue protection.

• Do you have experience managing hyperscaler cloud operations while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions?If so, this position is for you.

As a Cloud Enablement Team Lead, you will lead the end-to-end Cloud Operations & Billing function across North America and Latin America, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage a team of cloud enablement professionals while partnering closely with Global Cloud Operations & Billing leaders, cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Customer Success, Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
