The Cloud Technical Onboarding Center (TOC) team at Google introduces clients to Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace, accelerating onboarding for foundation, first workloads, first GenAI or Agentic AI use cases. We deliver product and implementation expertise to help customers maximize Google Cloud investments.
Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to develop a pipeline of TOC engagements, providing delivery governance, and driving automation improvements while tracking
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working with Cloud deployments and migrations.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure as code principles.
- Experience working with GenAI, Agentic AI and AI solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Develop pipeline of Technical Onboarding Center engagements with stakeholders.
- Provide delivery governance and ensure delivery excellence for customer engagements.
- Identify processes and tooling where automations and repeatability can be introduced.
- Work with Google product and engineering teams to improve onboarding experience of new Google products.
- Manage the risks, issues and actions for the TOC team and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines.
