Google LLC in Mexico City seeks a Delivery Manager for the TOC to own technical onboarding of customers to Google Cloud and Google Workspace, coordinating with sales and engineering to set up foundations and migrate early workloads.

You will drive GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives, manage risks and timelines, and push for automated, repeatable delivery processes across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience with Cloud deployments and migrations.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure as code principles.
• Experience working with GenAI, Agentic AI and AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop pipeline of Technical Onboarding Center engagements with stakeholders.
• Provide delivery governance and ensure delivery excellence for customer engagements.
• Identify processes and tooling for automation and repeatability.
• Work with Google product and engineering teams to improve onboarding experience.
• Manage risks, issues and actions for the TOC team and track timelines.
