A global consulting firm is seeking a Cloud Contact Center Solution Consultant/Analyst in Mexico City. This mid-senior level position entails leading end-to-end CCaaS implementations and ensuring that business needs translate into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities, along with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Full-time employment with potential travel required.

Formación

• 2 to 8 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, IT Applications Development, or SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Availability to travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end CCaaS implementations, including requirements gathering and testing.
• Design and document functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage integrations and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure project success.
