Job summary

Oracle Analytics Service Excellence (OASE) SRE team partners with Oracle Analytics development to improve reliability, availability and performance of Oracle Analytics Cloud services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer with strong analytical skills capable of reading, investigating, and safely troubleshooting existing application code across distributed systems. You will drive issues from detection through mitigation and prevention.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE with ability to read and troubleshoot application code.
• Experience diagnosing complex service issues across distributed systems.
• Experience with automation and operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Improve uptime through proactive monitoring and incident prevention.
• Lead incident response, triage, and remediation to minimize outages.
• Perform code-level troubleshooting and capacity analysis to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain automation and tooling to support Oracle Analytics Cloud services.
