Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support administrative and technical aspects of project teams across global trials. The role focuses on site activation, regulatory submissions, and maintaining trial documentation in line with SOPs and sponsor directives.

The candidate will work with site staff to ensure timely deliverables, support onboarding, and train new staff as needed, while maintaining strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent with relevant qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of related experience is acceptable or equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee trial activities as detailed on task matrix.
• Perform file reviews and document findings in systems.
• Ensure tasks are on time and within budget; communicate risks to leads.
• Provide system support and maintain current databases.
• Process trial documents and distribute communications to team.
• Analyze study metrics and resolve site documentation issues.
• Assist with ISF/Pharmacy binder materials and non-clinical supplies.
