If you love building long-lasting relationships, let’s talk! We are a US-based company that is hiring multiple positions in Mexico. This is a remote position.

Pay will be in USD $1400-$1800 per month.

Spotlight Marketing + Branding is a marketing agency that provides services such as organic content (like blog, newsletter, social media) and paid social ads. What we stand for is helping our clients (mainly lawyers) get better clients, not just more.

We have an amazing team here in our US office. We work closely and collaborate often with our remote staff in Mexico. We do our best to make sure everyone feels like part of the team!

We are looking for multiple proficient bilingual Client Success Managers who will improve customer retention, reduce customer churn, resolve conflicts, and drive new business growth through superior customer service and account management. The Client Success Manager will be in charge of making Raving Fans out of our existing clients!

Examples of the skills/duties we are looking for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and making sure they’re happy
  • Proactively reaching out and connecting with clients on a regular basis
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Creating, maintaining, and sending client satisfaction surveys to measure possible areas of improvement
  • Providing support to client requests with friendly, accurate, and timely information
  • Performing administrative duties, such as mailing, calendaring, and telephone or video communication
  • Building a rapport with clients and making sure they understand and are aligned with our service strategy
  • Identifying red flags and resolving Conflicts
  • Showing Appreciation (gifts, loyalty program)
  • Responding to the concerns and inquiries of clients
  • Documenting all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures

Hours and How to Apply

This is a remote position, so you will need a reliable computer and internet connection. Typical hours are M-F, 8-5 EST. However, we offer some flexibility with start and end times, and Fridays end at noon! We also offer unlimited PTO.
