MSCI seeks a Sr. Associate, Client Service for its Private Assets clients. You will combine investment expertise, analytics, and client-facing skills to help investors unlock the value of the Private i platform.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Consulting to influence product innovation and smarter decision-making. You will become a subject matter expert on Private i, partner with institutional investors, and deliver exceptional product support while building trusted

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 6–8+ years in Financial Services, Investment Management, FinTech or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
• Experience with global teams and client-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Become a subject matter expert on the Private i platform.
• Partner with institutional investors to understand workflows and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and resolve complex product and analytical questions.
• Deliver product support and timely resolution of client inquiries.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Lead platform demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate enhancements.
• Advocate for client needs and act as the voice of the client.
