• Solid understanding of Banking operations and its products / services
• Relevant work experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in a financial institution (bank or non-bank)
• Relevant credit application and credit monitoring experience (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively under pressure
• Ability to build excellent working relationships across all Business units
• Strong commercial skills and influencing, negotiating abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication to share information clearly and accurately
• Capacity to lead and motivate other managers and staff across geographies
• High energy to support the needs of the Business and Sector operating model
• Developed management skills with experience in team building and managing projects
• Experience in managing operational risks through close monitoring and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• Draft reports, letters, memos, and assist in preparation of performance reports and ad hoc requests for Relationship Managers
• Compile internal returns / analysis in support of the team
• Support Relationship Managers with ad hoc tasks
• Provide timely responses to client queries
• Develop a trusted network and effective communication with Banking staff, client servicing teams, product teams and operations
• Produce accurate output efficiently
• Evidence of fairness in decision making
• No un-escalated, material workflow delays
