HSBC Mexico seeks a capable professional to support Relationship Managers and Client Servicing in a dynamic banking environment. You will draft reports, compile analyses, and respond to client queries while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk awareness and ability to handle a varied workload under pressure, with a focus on maintaining high service quality and compliance with internal controls.

Formación

• Solid understanding of banking operations and its products/services.
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in financial institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Draft reports, letters and memos for Relationship Managers.
• Compile internal returns and analyses for the team.
• Support Relationship Managers with ad hoc tasks and timely client responses.
• Develop effective communication with banking staff, client servicing teams, product and operations.
• Maintain internal RM markers to ensure notifications and alerts reach the true RM.
• Assist with facilities and operational support for Relationship Managers.
