Jellyfish in Mexico City seeks a Senior Client Partner to drive growth, transformation, and profitability for key accounts. You will immerse yourself in clients’ businesses, lead cross-functional teams, and translate insights into high-impact digital marketing solutions.

As a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll shape commercial proposals, oversee complex pitches and renewals, and mentor account teams while maintaining an overview of account health.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working in an agency environment.
• Collaborative and confident approach to digital marketing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with experience building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of processes and production for integrated campaigns including Websites, Online Media, and Social.
• Experience ensuring our retention of clientele and facilitating further growth with large accounts.
• Experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
• Experience with budgeting and progress reports.
• Understanding of various communication research approaches.
