GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions in Mexico City.

The role covers end-to-end delivery, scope and budget management, and coordination across functional, technical, QA, and support teams. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in financial services and proven experience with front office trading environments, vendor management, and project governance.

Formación

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
• Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services engagements.
• Strong onsite client delivery experience; 3–4 days per week from the office.
• Strong understanding of Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project governance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.
