• 8–10 years of Project Management experience in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience leading Capital Markets Front Office projects for clients.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.

Project Manager – Professional Services (Capital Markets Front Office) -

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
• Strong experience working onsite at client locations, with availability to work 3–4 days per week from the office.
• Strong understanding of Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project governance capabilities.
• Experience managing complex implementation, integration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification is preferred.

Preferred Product Experience

Experience with one or more of the following Capital Markets platforms is preferred:

• Front Arena
• Murex
• Calypso

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Senior-level Project Manager with strong Capital Markets / Financial Services domain expertise.
• Strong understanding of Front Office trading and investment management processes.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, vendors, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Based in or able to work onsite in Mexico City, Mexico, 3–4 days per week.
