Otb Group, trabajando con Maison Margiela, busca un Client Advisor para Monterrey. El candidato será el punto de contacto principal para clientes, brindando servicio excepcional y soluciones personalizadas para impulsar ventas.

Responsable de conocimiento de producto, experiencias de lujo, gestión de relaciones con clientes y representación de la marca. Se valorará experiencia en retail de lujo, habilidades comunicativas y enfoque centrado en el cliente, con preferencia por habilidades

Formación

• Experiencia en venta minorista de lujo.
• Gran capacidad de comunicación.
• Enfoque orientado al cliente y a la venta.
• Capacidad para gestionar relaciones con clientes y eventos.
• Se valora dominio de más de un idioma.

Responsabilidades

• Atender clientes con un enfoque personalizado y profesional.
• Proporcionar conocimiento de producto y asesoría de estilo.
• Impulsar ventas mediante upselling y cross-selling.
• Mantener altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización de clientes.
• Apoyar merchandising y operaciones de tienda.

Overview:

The Client Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, guidance, and solutions tailored to their needs. The role involves driving sales, fostering client loyalty, and upholding the brand’s high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales:

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Develop a client book and engage through follow-ups, invitations to events, and personal styling sessions.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations.

Brand Representation:

• Uphold the brand’s values, image, and standards at all times.
• Stay updated on brand history, new collections, and industry trends.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.

Operational Excellence:

• Process transactions efficiently and handle POS system operations.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
• Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Luxury Retail Experience – Previous experience in high-end fashion, jewelry, watches, or luxury lifestyle brands
• Exceptional Communication – Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients.
• Sales-Driven Mindset – Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-Centric Approach – Passion for delivering a personalized shopping experience.
• Cultural Awareness – Ability to interact with an international clientele.
• Team Player – Collaborative spirit to work within a dynamic team environment.
• Multilingual (Preferred) – Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
