Maison Margiela Monterrey busca un Assistant Store Manager para liderar un equipo y brindar una experiencia de compra de lujo, trabajando junto al Store Manager para implementar estrategias de negocio y mantener la integridad de la marca.

Se requiere 1+ años de experiencia supervisora, experiencia en entornos de alta gama, enfoque al cliente y habilidades organizativas; se valoran estudios y ética profesional. Ubicación: Monterrey, México.

Formación

• Requisitos de licenciatura ou equivalente.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año como supervisor.
• Experiencia en entornos de lujo o de alta gama y enfoque al cliente.
• Conducta ética y orientación a resultados.

Responsabilidades

• Impulsar ventas y experiencia de cliente superior mediante liderazgo del equipo.
• Apoyar en reclutamiento, onboarding y formación de nuevo personal.
• Gestión de operaciones, merchandising y presentación de la tienda de lujo.
• Analizar informes de ventas y KPIs para impulsar el crecimiento.

As the Assistant Store Manager, will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver an elevated shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to implement business strategies, maintain brand integrity, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Sales & Client Experience

• Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups.
• Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service.

Team Leadership & Development

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a motivated and engaged team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with brand values.

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and stock replenishment.
• Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.

Business Development & Reporting

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth.
• Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies.
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase foot traffic and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree and/or equivalent combination of work and experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
