Accenture is seeking a hands-on DevOps professional to support and maintain CI/CD and automation toolchains across the software development lifecycle. You will work with global teams to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of pipelines and integrations.

Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills, scripting ability in Python, and experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, JFrog, and SonarQube.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with hands-on experience supporting and maintaining CI/CD and DevOps toolchain platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of development automation tools, pipelines, and integrations used across the software development lifecycle.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, automation expertise, and the ability to work closely with global development and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Manage and support code quality and artifact management tools, including SonarQube and JFrog.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational tooling.
• Implement, support, and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Tool integrations
  • Build and deployment processes
  • Logs and monitoring
  • Environment and configuration management
• Collaborate with development, QA, and engineering teams to improve automation, efficiency, and platform stability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the DevOps toolchain ecosystem.
