HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: (5 or + years of experience)

• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across Operations, Governance, Support, and Technical teams.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Conversational English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of Workday Learning.
• Experience supporting Compliance Training, Training Governance, or Global Learning Operations.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or learning deployment processes.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
