Accenture Life Sciences practice in Mexico City or Monterrey seeks a senior SAP consultant to lead/drive large global SAP projects focused on Life Sciences. You will design delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project outcomes using SAP S/4HANA and related modules.

The role requires +5 years in consulting, strong SAP expertise across EWM/IBP/PPQM/MMWM/PM/SD, and experience in client-facing engagements, including international contexts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA or related Masters desirable.
• +5 years of progressive business/consulting experience; Life Sciences exp mandatory.
• SAP customization and implementation experience in Life Sciences; SAP S4 HANA a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: EWM, IBP, PP/QM, MM/WM, PM, SD.
• End-to-end supply chain business process understanding.
• Experience in client-facing roles internationally.

• Support to deliver management consulting projects for global clients.

• Acquire skills that have utility across industry groups.

• Support development of assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research, or white papers for use by the team and larger community.

• Take responsibility within Life Sciences industry group or across the Products group, help build the practice, track metrics, and so on.

• Work on proposals, business development efforts by coordinating with other colleagues.

• Lead/Support large global projects of SAP implementation and/or customization within Life Sciences industry.

• Develop and execute commercial plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory. Desirable MBA or equivalent Masters degree in science, or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.

• +5 years of progressive business and/or consulting experience; at least 1 year of experience in Life Sciences Industry is mandatory

• Consulting Experience in SAP customization and implementation with Life Sciences clients is a must, especially in business scoping, assessment and planning that includes Blueprinting, business case creation, business process redesign and so on. Experience of having worked on SAP S4 HANA implementation projects is a plus.

• Strong functional knowledge with experience in any of the below mentioned modules: SAP – EWM | SAP – IBP | SAP – PP/QM | SAP- MM/WM | SAP- PM| SAP-SD

• Understanding of business process for end-to-end supply chain (Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, Clinical Supply Chain Management).

• Thought leadership experience is preferred: Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals and so on.

• Must have worked in a client- servicing role in a global setup or worked internationally.

Relocation Options: Candidates based in cities other than Mexico City or Monterrey can be considered, but Accenture regrets it does not cover relocation expenses for this position.

International Considerations : Foreign candidates can be considered but Accenture regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas for this position.
