Accenture México is seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands-on Copado DevOps experience to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments. The role emphasizes security, automation, and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will lead release management, drive best practices, and work in a hybrid setup with Monterrey or Mexico City locations, contributing to international projects.

Formación

• Copado Certifications required.
• Hands-on Copado DevOps implementation experience.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Experience with Configuration & Release Management.
• Knowledge of Cloud Automation DevOps.
• Experience with DevOps best practices and Continuous Improvement.
• Security-first mindset for development and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and optimize cloud-based DevOps infrastructure.
• Lead Configuration & Release Management processes to ensure reliable deployments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across development and deployment workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by defining and promoting DevOps best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership across multiple teams.
• Review and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies for scalability and reliability.
• Influence key technical decisions and deliver solutions across teams and units.

Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern DevOps practices, leveraging your expertise in Copado DevOps Implementation, CI/CD, cloud technologies, automation, and security.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Implement and optimize cloud-based DevOps infrastructure and automation.
• Lead Configuration & Release Management processes to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across development and deployment workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by defining and promoting DevOps best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance across multiple teams.
• Review and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies to support scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
