Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to join our Lerma manufacturing site. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and controlling production processes from start to finish to optimize workflows and reduce variability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years of process engineering experience, with hands-on plant-level control, ERP (JD Edwards), and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with plant-level process control and optimization.
• Experience taking projects from development through implementation to operations.
• Knowledge of production, quality, QA, and process control in manufacturing.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system; strong MS Office skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control production processes from start to finish.
• Optimize workflows to reduce production times and variability.
• Identify and mitigate process risks and drive optimization strategies.
• Develop, implement, and launch new products and projects on the plant floor.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and improvement schedules.
• Serve as a liaison between production and manufacturing technical teams.
