Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with polymers, resins, adhesives, coatings, chemicals.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for chemical products and materials.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve yield, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to chemical processes, raw materials, and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.
