Sensient Technologies is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer for our Lerma manufacturing site. You will plan, monitor, and control production processes, optimizing workflows and reducing variability to maximize product capabilities.

You will collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams, with a focus on implementing process improvement strategies and launching new products. Strong English communication and ERP experience are required for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with plant-level process control and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and control production processes and variables from start to finish.
• Optimize workflows, reduce production times and variability, and maximize product capabilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process risks while implementing process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and launch of new products and projects, taking them through to successful plant-floor execution.
• Provide and maintain accurate process information, documentation, and improvement schedules.
• Serve as a key link between production and the technical needs of manufacturing processes, working closely with plant personnel and technical teams in St. Louis.
