Sezzle is seeking a talented Chargeback Operations Intern to analyze and respond to card and ACH disputes in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work with fraud, disputes, and engineering teams to improve processes and scale operations.

The role is a paid internship with full-time hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm Central Time. You’ll gain hands-on experience in dispute resolution and AI-assisted productivity while learning industry best practices.

Mansioni

• Investigate disputed transactions (credit cards, debit cards, and ACH) and take action within timeframes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with fraud and disputes teams to decide next steps.
• Review transactions using internal policies to identify patterns and trends.
• Understand systems and tools; analyze account patterns to inform decisions.
• Work with analysts, data scientists and engineering to improve loss prevention and processes.
• Maintain domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Meet or exceed SLAs to minimize potential losses; manage escalations professionally.
• Leverage Claude or equivalent AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
