Crest IT Resources LLC is seeking an OCM Consultant to support a transformation program in Mexico. The role focuses on coordinating on-site OCM activities, stakeholder engagement, and translating materials from English to Spanish.

You will work on-site in Mexicali as needed, with a largely remote setup for the program, and occasional travel to client sites. Required experience includes OCM, SAP or S/4HANA, and strong English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• OCM experience with active stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SAP and/or S/4HANA.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.
• Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish.
• On-site work in Mexicali with mostly remote setup.
