Colgate-Palmolive in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico seeks a Project Manager to evaluate, analyze, implement, and coordinate across the organization. You will oversee timelines, resources, and cross-functional execution with Quality, Safety, Procurement, and Finance teams.

The role requires 2+ years in similar roles, strong project management experience, and technical knowledge in GMP, electronics, mechanics, construction, health and safety, CAD design, and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, analyse, and implement projects, preparing detailed information for each project.
• Manage project timelines and resources, coordinating with Quality, Safety, Procurement, Finance.
• Coordinate acceptance tests and equipment installation with layouts, planning, installation, and scope elaboration.
• Field supervision, training coordination, supervising quality during project execution, and generating validation docs.
• Control project asset inflows and outflows, apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards, and comply with safety requirements.

Role Summary

Primary responsibilities of the role include project evaluation, analysis, implementation, and coordination across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyse, and implement projects, preparing detailed supporting information for each project.
• Manage project timelines and resources, coordinating with support areas for project execution (Quality, Safety, Procurement, Finance).
• Coordinate acceptance tests, equipment installation by developing layouts, planning, installation, and elaboration of electronic scopes for the installation.
• Field supervision, training coordination, supervising the quality of work during project execution, and generation of project validation documentation.
• Control project asset inflows and outflows, apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards, and comply with safety requirements and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Technical skills: Principles of good manufacturing practices, knowledge in electronics, mechanics and/or construction, health and safety, management of office, project and CAD design, quality systems, quality control, and project development.
