Mondelēz México is seeking a Category Planning & Activation specialist to lead range and space decisions across retail environments. You will influence location, fixture layout and space to maximize category growth and brand visibility.

You will collaborate with category and customer development teams to develop space targets, run quarterly reviews, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for shelves and fixtures.

Formación

• Experience applying shopper missions by channel and fixture interaction.
• Ability to analyze category performance and space drivers.
• Proven project management in a commercial/supply chain context.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Produce range review recommendations and space plans with category and customer teams.
• Develop and measure space targets and movement with cross-functional partners.
• Lead quarterly space reviews for categories and customers and share best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Share of Space and growth drivers.
• Provide category/customer space review as part of Account Planning.
