Kohler Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Casting & Molds to provide engineering support to production areas and drive lean improvements. You will monitor metrics, guide maintenance, and develop labor standards while promoting safety, quality and cost reductions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing with lean experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and working knowledge of Windows-based software. This onsite role is based in Juárez, Mexico with bilingual preference.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing with lean system preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support to production areas and improve processes or products.
• Oversee production processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency.
• Support maintenance in troubleshooting manufacturing processes, tools and dies.
• Develop and maintain labor standards in complex operations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Monitor production metrics and implement Kohler Operating System (KOS).
• Promote continuous improvements in safety, quality and cost.
• Develop quality projects using Lean tools to reduce cost and improve results.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure follow-up on implemented methods.
