PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Cash Management Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end PMO governance for a major program across 195 DCs, starting with a PoC in 10 DCs. You will coordinate civil works, infrastructure readiness, stakeholder management, treasury integration, and vendor coordination to achieve swift, standardized deployment and risk mitigation.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in PMO, project management, or business transformation.
• Experience with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and data presentation for executives.
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and execution.
• Fluent English.
• Master's degree desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and execution of the Cash Management initiative across approximately 195 Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Manage large investment and budget.
• Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success.
• Direct Manager of Cash Management, ensuring strategic outcomes and value realization.
• Responsible for main KPIs (operational & financial) for value realization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate issues.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption of new operating processes.
