Sonepar is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Analyst in Mexico City to ensure accurate identification, application, and reconciliation of customer payments. The role involves resolving payment exceptions and supporting financial controls within a collaborative finance team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or a similar transactional environment.
• Knowledge of payment identification, payment application, unapplied cash, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with ERP or Accounts Receivable systems is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

• Collaborate with Finance teams to research discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.
• Follow financial controls, standardized procedures, and quality requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
