Carrier Global Corporation in Nuevo León, Guadalupe, Mexico, is seeking a Carrier Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, driving productivity, lead time reduction, and cost savings.

You will coordinate A3 problem-solving, Lean transformation projects, and develop high-performing teams, applying Carrier Excellence tools to raise quality and efficiency while guiding change in a fast-paced plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading Lean initiatives, A3 problem-solving sessions, and process improvement projects within manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading teams and driving change management initiatives in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

About the role

As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in driving Carrier Excellence culture across the plant by leading Lean transformation projects, coordinating A3 problem-solving activities, and developing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead time reduction, cycle time optimization, and cost savings across manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate and drive A3 meetings, problem-solving activities, and Lean transformation projects to improve operational performance.
• Manage and develop a team of Carrier Excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational goals.
• Apply Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies to drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and lead initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, results-driven, hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading Lean initiatives, A3 problem-solving sessions, and process improvement projects within manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading teams and driving change management initiatives in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Lean Six Sigma certification or related Continuous Improvement certifications.
• Experience working with Carrier Excellence, Operational Excellence, or similar corporate manufacturing systems.
• Background in automotive, HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or high-volume production environments.
