Carrier México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Delivery Assurance professional in a manufacturing environment. You will track supplier material flow, mitigate risks, and ensure on‑time delivery through cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven improvements.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, reporting to leadership, and implementing corrective actions to prevent delays. English proficiency and SAP/MMRP experience are required.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• English proficiency with 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Track the flow of critical parts through supplier facilities from raw materials to final delivery.
• Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans.
• Provide daily status reports, maintain open order reports, and brief leadership on delivery commitments.
• Investigate reasons for delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
• Partner with procurement, quality assurance, and operations to remove bottlenecks and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Implement solutions to coordinate shipments and sub‑process suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Deploy delivery assurance improvements to identify shortages early and minimize impact on production.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and mitigate shortages.

About the role

Experienced Delivery Assurance professional. Manages tracking and shipping processes. Responsible for implementing solutions and process improvements for shipment and supplier issues to ensure on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Monitoring: Track the flow of critical parts through supplier facilities from raw materials to final delivery.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans for shortages or capacity constraints.
• Expediting & Reporting: Provide daily status reports, maintain open order reports, and brief leadership on delivery commitments.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate reasons for delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks Manages delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day‑to‑day delivery assurance objectives.
• Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub‑process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on‑time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on‑time delivery.
• Implements process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.
• Collaborates with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impacts on a business in the case of shortages.
• Ensures timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using SAP.
• Practical to substantial knowledge of organizational programs, systems, and processes, with the ability to identify improvements and apply them in day‑to‑day operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English proficiency 3 years of experience on a similar role.
