Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Santa Catarina, NL plant. The onsite role focuses on leading Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives to boost productivity and align with financial objectives.

You will facilitate Kaizen events, drive process optimization, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements across the facility in Mexico. This role requires collaboration and a passion for continuous improvement.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years leading Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, operations, or maintenance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and CI tools.

In this role, you will drive productivity improvements, optimize manufacturing processes, lead Kaizen events, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business and financial objectives.
