GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions.

The role oversees implementation, upgrades, integration, and transformation projects to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in Financial Services project management, hands‑on PS delivery, and strong Front Office knowledge.

Formación

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
• Hands‑on experience delivering Professional Services engagements.
• Should be working at onsite client place for 4 days a week.
• Strong understanding in Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.
