iQor is seeking polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients by delivering remarkable service to customers via phone. You will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls, listen to customers, resolve inquiries, and educate callers about products and services while maintaining quality.

You may work any shift, including nights and weekends, with training and competitive compensation as part of a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Predictable and consistent attendance essential.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends.
