Flex is looking for a Buyer Direct in Juarez Sur to support procurement and supplier relations. The role reports to the Director Materials and focuses on optimizing price, delivery, and quality for materials across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has advanced English and a bachelor’s degree, plus experience in purchasing and ERP-driven materials management. The position is based in Juarez Sur with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews requisitions and MRP output.
• Confers with vendors to obtain price, availability and delivery schedule.
• Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase.
• Orders, reschedules and cancellations based on requisitions and MRP output.
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories.
• Manages supplier price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.
• Approves invoices for payment.
• Expedites delivery of goods to users.
• Analyzes inventory levels and prepares liability reports for excess and obsolete management.
• May gather quotations, examine bids, negotiate contracts and awards.
• May plan, schedule and monitor movement of materials through production.
• Experience in Electronic Industry (desirable).
