Footprint in Mexicali is seeking a procurement specialist to research, negotiate, and select suppliers, ensuring that purchased products and services meet quality, requirements, and cost targets. You will manage supplier evaluation, place purchase orders, and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, logistics, or industrial engineering, 2 years of experience, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excel skills at intermediate/advanced level.
• Advanced English proficiency (90%).
• Proficient with Windows Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, and negotiating prices, contracts, and terms to ensure the best deals.
• Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensuring that purchased products or services meet quality standards while staying within budget constraints.
• Working with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
