Footprint-LL is seeking a procurement professional to research, negotiate, and select suppliers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency across purchased products and services.

The role focuses on evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and coordinating orders while monitoring quality and inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (90%).
• Office Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying and evaluating potentials suppliers, and negotiating prices, contracts, and terms to ensure the best deals.
• Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensuring purchased products or services meet quality standards while staying within budget constraints.
• Working with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
