Oferta confidencial is seeking a Business Unit Manager to drive the implementation of plant operations strategy into projects, action plans and metrics within the assigned Business Unit.

You will oversee strategic, tactical and systemic activities to achieve key production metrics including line output, technical KPIs and financial KPIs, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for SPQDCI performance and profitability of the Business Unit toward targets and improvements.
• Ensure optimal use of equipment (OEE) and people (OPE/UPH).
• Assign and check Corrective and Preventive actions on recurring problems within the Business Unit and Plant support departments.
• Escalate at Site level the issues that can’t be solved at Business Unit level.
• Maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process Quality.
• Lead daily Business Unit RPS (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance).
• Cost guarding (consumable parts, OPEX, CAPEX).
• Run Stop Scrap Projects to achieve scrap objectives in his/her Business Unit.

As a Business Unit Manager, you will drive implementation of plant operations strategy into projects, action plans and metrics in the entrusted Business Unit. You will drive strategic, tactical and systemic activities to achieve key production metrics including output from the lines, technical KPIs and financial KPIs.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Be responsible for customer satisfaction. Be accountable for SPQDCI performance and profitability of his/her Business Unit, in terms of targets achievement and improvement.
• Ensure optimal use of equipment (OEE) and people (OPE/UPH).
• Assign & check Corrective and Preventive actions on recurring problems within the Business Unit and Plant support departments.
