CBRE BOE Enterprise is seeking a Business Services Consultant (Data & Operations Analyst) to transform data into insights that guide decisions, improve operations, and track performance. You will bridge data science, BI, and operations to become the single source of truth for internal teams and clients.

You will analyze and optimize core processes, build high-impact dashboards, and own SLA delivery while communicating findings to senior leadership in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in roles with strong analytical component (BI/Analytics/Operations).
• Bilingual English and Spanish; able to present findings fluently in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Engineering & Automation: analyze, map, and optimize core business processes; identify bottlenecks.
• Strategic Data Interpretation: lead raw data to high-impact dashboards; present recommendations to senior management.
• SLA Governance & Delivery: manage end-to-end SLAs; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Stakeholder Liaison: translate analytical findings for non-technical stakeholders to drive data-driven changes.
• Financial & Operational Modeling: conduct complex modeling to support business development and resource allocation.

About the role:

• As a Business Services Consultant (Data & Operations Analyst) of CBRE, you will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, operational improvements, and performance tracking.
• This role sits at the intersection of Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Operations Management. You will act as the "single source of truth" for our internal teams and clients, translating complex datasets into scalable business solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Operational Engineering & Automation: Analyze, map, and optimize core business processes. Identify bottlenecks and automate manual workflows (e.g., using SQL, Power BI, or workflow tools) to drive immediate productivity gains and cost reductions.
• Strategic Data Interpretation: Lead the transition of raw operational data into high-impact dashboards. Provide the "So What?" behind the numbers: analyze performance trends, identify risks, and proactively present recommendations to senior management.
• SLA Governance & Delivery: Own the end-to-end management of Service Level Agreements. When performance deviates from targets, use root-cause analysis to troubleshoot, resolve, and implement permanent fixes.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and operational leadership. Explain complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively, influencing them to adopt data-driven changes.
• Financial & Operational Modeling: Conduct complex modeling to support business development, contract negotiations, and resource allocation. Use your findings to influence client and vendor agreements.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience of 2-4 years in roles requiring a strong analytical component (Business Analytics, BI, Operations Consulting, or Industrial Engineering).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish). You must be able to present findings fluently in both languages.

Technical Stack (Non-Negotiable):

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced Excel: Ability to handle complex datasets, financial modeling, and logic-heavy formulas.

Bonus:

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, N8N, or ERP systems like SAP/NetSuite) is a significant advantage.
